Thank you for your interest in Buddy & Lola’s supplements. We love working with independent business owners and want to make the process as simple as possible.

 

 

Please note that we do not allow resale of our items on Amazon, Ebay or Onbuy.

 

 

How to create your account

 

Please note that all accounts are reviewed before activation, this may take between 3-5 days.

 

1. Complete the form to register your trade account using an email address you have not used for any Buddy & Lola purchases from our website.  Please include as many details as possible including where and how you intend to sell our products.
2. We will review your account and if criteria is met you will receive an activation link. Please check your junk folder and if you do not receive this email within 5 working days please email woof@buddyandlola.com Once you have activated your account and set a password your account will be automatically approved for trade prices.
3. Once your account is activated you can log in and see trade prices using the ‘Catalog’ link located on your account page. You can place orders and pay directly through the website.

All prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT will be added at checkout.

 

 

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

 

We have a minimum order value of £100.00 excluding VAT. This can be mixed and matched between any products.

 

 

How much does UK Shipping cost?

 

All trade orders include FREE UK Delivery

 

 

Can I sell your items on Amazon?

 

Unfortunately we do not allow resale of our items on Amazon.

 

 

Can I sell your items on Ebay?

 

Unfortunately we do not allow resale of our items on Ebay.

 

 

Can I sell your items on my website?

 

Unfortunately we do not allow resale of our items online. Resale of our products is only allowed in store.
